Terms of Service
Welcome to InstaDrama ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InstaDrama mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use InstaDrama. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately at contact@instadramas.com of any unauthorized use.
3. Use of the Service
InstaDrama grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service;
- download episodes except as explicitly permitted for offline viewing;
- use the Service to infringe any intellectual property right or to upload unlawful content;
- circumvent any paywall, DRM, or access-control mechanism.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Certain features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases are processed by Google Play; refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
5. Content
All drama titles, videos, images, and other content available through the Service are the property of InstaDrama or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, publicly perform, or create derivative works from such content.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaDrama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
